The location of the flat was great, within walking distance to popular attractions and shops. the key pickup process was easy and hassle-free. the shower had a powerful water pressure, which was a nice surprise.

The cleanliness of the flat was disappointing. There was dust on the skirting boards, ledges, and tables, and the hoovering was not satisfactory.
